FOOD CONCESSIONS at Big Fat Daddy’s
We have offered tented stand food vending at Special Events, Fairs and Festivals since 1982. We usually serve a standard menu that is BBQ oriented, and require a big or double wide space due to the fact we cook with a charcoal pit and put on a hell-of-a grilling show. We also offer dessert booths such as Funnel Cakes, Deep Fried Oreos and Flavored Fruit Drinks. Currently we operate in six states and have had the same contracts for years. Our stands are vintage – style and clean and attractive. Customers see the food though our stands and the Pitmaster show engages the audience! They look the same as 1982, and bring a unique style to your fair or festivals. Already have a bbq guy? We don’t mind, invite us also! Our gourmet famous food is served on sub rolls and not sandwiches and sometimes our price point is higher.
ABOVE: WE FIT INTO A 20″ long by 10′ deep.
BELOW: WE FIT INTO A 25′ long by 25′ deep so we can put our stock and refrigeration trucks behind.
Even smaller below, we are in an 20′ by 10′ space. We realize on a street that we have to fit 10-12″ deep and can park our truck in a close by lot.
