Crab Dip
Our most famous dish is our creamy crab dip. A proprietary recipe tweaked from Wayne’s own mom Babs, who grew up on the Eastern Shore in Maryland. We put our crab dip on everything!
Back then crabs were harvested bayside and fresh crabmeat picked by a group of sweet old ladies on the seashore where Babs learned how to cook Maryland Shore style using crab meat. Wayne tweaked his mom’s recipe over the years, and learned how to enhance the flavor without using too many ingredients. The final product was a cheesy creamy dip baked into a Sourdough bread boule’ with Maryland’s own Old Bay as an ingredient! He made the now famous dip with host Noah Cappe on Food Network’s Carnival Eats. Not only was the dip on once, but twice ( the second time as a topping on our Colossal Got Beef? sandwich…)
