Ribs
RIBS! We have ribs! Big Fat Daddy’s will sell pork rib platters at select fairs and festivals, mainly week long county fairs and bbq festivals. On curbside, we do have a rib event which we host twice a year! Our country style or baby back ribs undergo a five step process before getting to your belly.
By the time you get them, they will be tender, hickory flavored, and delicious. Our special dry rub into a maple rib rub, and will put a flavor explosion in your mouth. These are served in samplers, tips, or as full meals. Here are some photos . Yum.
